Orwell Project on Seymour
Project Plan
The 203-unit housing development is located on the Seymour Reserve, right next to the Phibbs Exchange. The project is designed to include three interwoven six-storey buildings that are positioned to create a sheltered, sunlit landscaped courtyard that opens towards the neighbourhood. There will be a mix of unit types, from studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment units along with townhouses.
Timeline
The project is proceeding through development and we hope to break ground by the Fall of 2025, with an estimated two and half years construction period. We will keep the community informed as development progresses.
Project Location
The Orwell Street site is located in North Vancouver where the Ch’ích’élxwi7kw village once stood, north of Phibbs Exchange on Orwell Street. The site is located on IR 2.
