Step 3: After you apply
Your application will enter a waitlist. We will send you a confirmation of receipt. You will be contacted when an available unit fits your profile. Keep your application up to date if your address, family composition, or income changes. You must notify us so we can update your profile and contact you when a unit becomes available.

Hollybrook Affordable Rental Housing
Hiy̓ám̓ Housing is excited to announce that we have partnered with Hollyburn Community Services Society. Located at 600 West Queens Road in North Vancouver, Hollybrook offers spacious and thoughtfully designed homes for families and seniors, set in one of the most desirable locations on the North Shore. This four-storey subsidized and affordable housing community features 86 modern one, two, and three-bedroom units, each designed to provide comfortable and functional living spaces.

Tenant selection, placement, and the property management of Hollybrook is provided by TPM Real Estate Property Management. TPM specialize in property management for non-profit housing societies and housing co-ops.
Subsidized Rents and Affordable Below Market Rents
Hollybrook offers structured subsidized and affordable rental rates designed to make high-quality urban living more accessible. Rental pricing is based on family composition and gross family income, with some subsidized units and available affordable at below-market rates.

How to submit your application for Hollybrook:

After you complete the online housing registry, call 1-800-257-7756 or 604-433-2218 to receive your housing registry number, please be advised that wait times may be long.
Fill out the application form below, which requires you to include your BC Housing registry number. When filling out the application, please ensure to check the “yes” box and add your status number in the Squamish Nation Member section, so your application will be prioritized for the units that have been set aside for our members.
The application is due May 31, 2025. The application can be emailed to [email protected] or dropped off at the TPM Real Estate office, located at 2750 Rupert St., Vancouver, BC. If you need assistance filling out the form, Phone 604-210-9126.
