Step 2: Fill out the form

You can fill in the form in one of these ways: Type in your information and email it to us at [email protected], or print the application, fill it out by hand, and mail/drop off the completed form to us at 336 W. 4th Street, North Vancouver, B.C. V7M 1J1.

Before you send us your application form, please make sure to complete all the questions and print clearly if you are filling in your form by hand.

Step 3: After you apply

Your application will enter a waitlist. We will send you a confirmation of receipt. You will be contacted when an available unit fits your profile. Keep your application up to date if your address, family composition, or income changes. You must notify us so we can update your profile and contact you when a unit becomes available.

To be eligible for subsidized housing, an applicant’s gross household income must be below $78,000.
