Hiy̓ám̓ Housing would like to thank all Sḵwx̱wú7mesh People who applied for Hiy̓ám̓ Housing Homes at Sen̓áḵw.

We have received 98 complete applications with supporting documentation for the 63 Hiy̓ám̓ Homes available in Phase One of Sen̓áḵw.

All applicants have been contacted by email or phone confirming their submission has been received, whether it was complete, or if information was missing. As part of this process, Hiy̓ám̓ Housing’s Tenant Navigator has already responded to and followed up with more than 150 individuals.

Hiy̓ám̓ Housing is responsible for screening and referring eligible Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw Members to available units.

Completed applications that are being considered for Tower 1 are now being reviewed by the Selection Committee in preparation for the first round of referrals.

The Selection Committee is comprised of Hiy̓ám̓ Housing’s Chief Operations Officer and Tenant Navigator, and representatives from the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw.
